PRAYER ALERT 3: SIMPLY MOBILIZING AFRICA CONFERENCE

Well, excitement is really building as we draw very close now to the Simply Mobilizing Conference in West Africa (July 18-21).
 
As a reminder - the countries from where delegates will come include: Ghana, Egypt, Sudan, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Uganda, Gambia, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone and Liberia.
 
An Exciting News Alert
A Kairos Course has just concluded in Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of Congo or DRC) attended by thirty pastors and church leaders. Sam Ngugi, our NC from Kenya and Head Facilitator for this course reported:

...They were greatly impacted. The sense of unity among them gave hope for greater things in the future. Their leader gave a powerful testimony and concluded by saying "We have heard the message!" Interestingly, it was an all men course! At the end, the pastors promised to have their wives attend the French Course so that they can be of "one mind". We had Pastors with congregations of 4000 members, some with great influence in the city.

We sensed that God opened DRC at this opportune time. Twenty-two did Facilitator Training and some committed to invest in the upcoming courses including providing the initial seed fund for the upcoming French Course.
 
God is doing something very special in West Africa - the home of the majority of Africa's unreached peoples. Is this God's 'Kairos moment' for this very challenging part of God's world? We firmly believe it is!
 
Please also pray for the following items:
·         The Youth Kairos which together with the facilitator training runs from July 9-17. The team is now assembling in Accra, Ghana in preparation for this very significant event!
·         The delegates attending the Conference, specifically for their travel, finances, visas, etc.
·         The organizers. For God's undertaking in all the logistics in organizing such a huge event.
·         The main speakers as they prepare, that there may be a clear prophetic message heard at the Conference on mission and mobilization for mission.  
·         God's presence to be powerfully present with us for the four nights and three days of the Conference.
